Hmm… Now that we have Kindle Fire creating a sensation in the market how could Apple stay behind! The Cupertino Company, it is rumored would be launching iPad Mini in response to Amazon’s Kindle Fire. As reported by PC World, a Securities analyst Brian White claims of having heard about a less expensive and smaller version of iPad coming in 2012. It is touted the pad would be 7 inches in size, ‘co-incidentally’ the same as the size of Kindle Fire.
The leader of tablet computers manufacturing has a glorious history in the production of touch-supporting devices like iPad, iPhone and iPod. Apple has blown life in Tabs market bringing out innovative iPads each year that have changed the way people use technology and still feel good. The new iPad mini might allow 128GB of storage and with high resolution it aims to match the quality of retina display. Other speculated features include a video camera and a USB connector to facilitate quick data transfer. This is a new link in the series of leaks about iPad mini and White informed their company was supplying Apple with parts required to make a 7” baby tablet.

The tablet would cost less, around $199 and could ship over September 15. Late Steve Jobs had once hinted at making small sized tablets that came along with sandpaper to sand down one’s fingers from the present size. Brian White in a statement, “We believe this lower priced iPad could be priced in the mid-to-high-$200 range. We expect this will be followed by a much more powerful, feature rich standard-priced iPad 3 in (the second quarter of 2012).”
